HSJ provides design engineering and consulting services for physical security and technology systems from design development to construction document creation, including bid phase and construction administration services for electronic safety and security and technology systems at UNF.  Recent projects have included: campus wide card access migration, door lockdown system that encompassed all campus building exterior doors, adoption of a new head end electronic door access control system that is integrated with UNF’s building management system, and the implementation of Wi-Fi locking and door status monitoring systems.  HSJ’s work at UNF has ranged from existing building retrofits and renovations to large scale greenfield, multi-story building projects of various types, sizes and functions.   Our services ensure that the safety and security of the faculty, staff and student body are balanced with student and end-user experience goals.
